Neil has a similar sporting palmarès; a seasoned triathlete having raced across the full range of standard triathlons up to and including the Ironman distance of 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike and 42 km run.  In addition to this he incorporates cyclo sportives and marathon races as training.  Neil, like Tony, has an active interest in martial arts and incorporates a number of sessions, in with his endurance based training programme.

Gideon, the youngest of the team, is a relative newcomer to cycling and multisport having come from a rugby and sprinting background. 2008 saw him complete his induction into this world; combining long distance cycling, mountain biking, triathlons and he has even ventured to the track at Newport. If you met him you would realise his enthusiasm makes up for any lack in previous endurance background.
